Cooking in Crisis is a walk-in stage set, a communicative kitchen. Together with artists from the "fluid states" project in Rijeka/Croatia, Showcase Beat Le Mot create a menu sequence and discussion situations in which artists, scientists, cultural activists, journalists and bloggers come together on the occasion of the Zoom Festival 2014. Together, they will establish a social space where they can reflect on social issues as a society within a society. A few weeks later, this format will travel to Hamburg, where "the art of being many", a similar conference, will take place at Kampnagel.
